- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth and fully melted.
- Stir in Rice Krispies until evenly coated with the chocolate-peanut butter mixture.
- Press the mixture into a parchment-lined 8x8-inch square pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once set, lift the mixture out of the pan using the parchment paper. Slice into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
