Description

A vibrant, no-bake dessert with a graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake-style filling, and patriotic red and blue berry swirls. Perfect for summer gatherings and July 4th celebrations.

Crust:

  • 1¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)

Filling:

  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar (sifted)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cold heavy cream

Red Swirl:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

Blue Swirl:

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Add butter and press into a 9-inch pan. Chill.
  2. Cook strawberries with sugar until soft. Repeat with blueberries. Cool, then strain if desired.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Whip cream and fold in.
  4. Pour filling into crust. Add berry sauces in spoonfuls. Swirl with a toothpick.
  5. Chill 6 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • Use room temp cream cheese for smooth texture.

  • Substitute frozen berries (thawed & drained) if needed.

  • Decorate with whipped cream, fresh berries, or edible stars.
