A vibrant, no-bake dessert with a graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake-style filling, and patriotic red and blue berry swirls. Perfect for summer gatherings and July 4th celebrations.

Crust:
- 1¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
Filling:
- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ¾ cup powdered sugar (sifted)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup cold heavy cream
Red Swirl:
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (chopped)
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Blue Swirl:
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Add butter and press into a 9-inch pan. Chill.
- Cook strawberries with sugar until soft. Repeat with blueberries. Cool, then strain if desired.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Whip cream and fold in.
- Pour filling into crust. Add berry sauces in spoonfuls. Swirl with a toothpick.
- Chill 6 hours or overnight before serving.
