Description
Classic 7-layer bars, also known as magic cookie bars, are a simple and delicious dessert with layers of graham crackers, chocolate chips, butterscotch, pecans, coconut, and sweetened condensed milk.

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs (store-bought or make your own by pulsing 10 graham crackers in a food processor)
- 10 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- ½ cup butterscotch chips
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and pecans evenly over the crust.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk over the top.
- Sprinkle coconut evenly over the milk.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until lightly golden.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
