- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Butter-flavored cooking spray
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface.
- Spread 1 tbsp of cream cheese mixture in the center.
- Top with 1 tbsp cherry pie filling.
- Fold the wrapper tightly around the filling.
- Seal edges with water.
- Spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
- Don't overfill the wrappers to prevent bursting.
- Serve warm for best texture.
