- 1 can Grands canned biscuits
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- Oil spray (for air frying)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing)
- Granulated sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Separate canned biscuits and roll each one out flat into a circle on a lightly floured surface.
- Spoon a small amount of the cream cheese mixture into the center of each biscuit, then top with a small spoonful of cherry pie filling.
- Fold the biscuit over into a half-moon shape and crimp the edges with a fork to seal.
- Lightly spray both sides of each pie with oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Air fry the hand pies at 350°F for 6 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
- While still warm, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
