- 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and cream cheese until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream with granulated sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Fold half of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
- Spread this mixture into the pie crust.
- In a separate bowl, whisk milk and instant pudding mix until thickened.
- Spread pudding over the peanut butter layer.
- Top with remaining whipped cream.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
- Chill the mixing bowl before whipping cream.
