These Avocado Chicken Wraps are quick, flavorful, and packed with taco-seasoned chicken, creamy avocado, mozzarella cheese, and ranch dressing—ideal for lunch, dinner, or meal prep.

Main Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1.25 oz packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 pound boneless (skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces)
Wrap and Fillings:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 ripe avocados (peeled, pitted, and diced)
Optional Add-ins:
- Sliced red onion or bell peppers
- Fresh spinach or lettuce
- Pickled jalapeños
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add chicken and taco seasoning; cook 6–8 minutes until done.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Lay out tortillas and layer with mozzarella, cooked chicken, diced avocado, ranch, sour cream, and cilantro.
- Fold in sides, roll tightly, and slice in half if desired. Serve immediately or wrap for later.
