- 200 gram/7 oz wheel brie cheese
- 3-4 tablespoons red pepper jelly
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the brie wheel on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the red pepper jelly evenly over the top of the brie.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is soft and slightly melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
