  • 4 chicken breasts (shredded into 1/2-inch pieces)
  • 7 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 1/4 cups hot sauce
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup green onions (finely sliced)
  • 1 cup mozzarella
  • 1 cup cheddar
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup cheddar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Add green onions, mozzarella, and cheddar to the mixture and stir.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella and cheddar.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  8. Serve warm with chips or veggies.
