 - 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
 - ½ cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
 - 2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped (optional)
 - Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - Roll out puff pastry and cut into 12 squares.
 - Place a brie cube in the center of each square.
 - Top each cube with cranberry sauce and pecans.
 - Fold the pastry corners over the filling, pinching to seal.
 - Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
 - Garnish with rosemary before serving.
