Ingredients

- 12 oz spaghetti noodles
- Salt for boiling water
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara or spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook spaghetti noodles in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with garlic and Italian seasoning. Drain excess fat.
- Mix the cooked spaghetti with cream cheese until well combined.
- In a baking dish, layer half the spaghetti mixture, half the meat sauce, and half the mozzarella. Repeat layers.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- Use your favorite spaghetti sauce for best results.
- Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
