- 3–4 turkey wings, separated at the joints
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or melted butter)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon thyme (dried or fresh)
- 1 cup chicken or turkey broth
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse the turkey wings and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, chopped onion, minced garlic, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and thyme.
- Coat the turkey wings evenly with the spice mixture.
- Place the wings in a baking dish and pour the broth around them.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes or until browned and crispy.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- For crispier wings, broil for the last 5 minutes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
