Ingredients

  • 34 turkey wings, separated at the joints
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or melted butter)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon thyme (dried or fresh)
  • 1 cup chicken or turkey broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse the turkey wings and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, chopped onion, minced garlic, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and thyme.
  4. Coat the turkey wings evenly with the spice mixture.
  5. Place the wings in a baking dish and pour the broth around them.
  6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes or until browned and crispy.
  8. Serve hot.
