Filling:

Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine warm milk and yeast; let foam for 5–10 mins.
  2. Add bananas, butter, sugar, egg, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour until dough forms; knead 6–8 mins.
  4. Let dough rise 1 to 1.5 hours in a greased bowl.
  5. Mix filling ingredients. Roll dough to 10x14", spread butter, sprinkle filling.
  6. Roll up, slice into 12 pieces, and place in greased 9x13" dish.
  7. Let rise 30–45 mins, then bake at 350°F for 20–25 mins.
  8. Whisk glaze ingredients; drizzle over warm rolls.
