Description

Delicious Banana Pudding Cheesecake Cones are a fun and easy dessert treat.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 6 waffle cones
  • 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Caramel drizzle (optional)
  • Extra vanilla wafers and banana slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mix well.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk the banana pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
  5. Layer the cheesecake filling in each cone.
  6. Add a layer of banana pudding on top of the cheesecake.
  7. Sprinkle crushed vanilla wafers on top.
  8. Top with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and garnish with extra banana slices and vanilla wafers.
