Description

  • 300g (10 oz) mini marshmallows
  • 180g (6 cups) Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 package instant banana pudding mix
  • 80ml (2 cups) milk
  • ripe bananas, sliced
  • 240ml (1 cup) whipped cream
  • Honey, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over low heat.
  2. Add marshmallows and stir until fully melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in banana pudding mix.
  4. Gradually add Rice Krispies cereal, mixing well.
  5. Press mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Let cool completely.
  7. Top with sliced bananas and whipped cream.
  8. Drizzle with honey before serving.
