- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Spread the sauce mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions and red pepper flakes on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
