- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1–2 teaspoons sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar or lime juice
- 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- 1 cup shredded cabbage or lettuce
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar or lime juice.
- Toss cooked chicken in the Bang Bang sauce until well coated.
- In a bowl, layer rice, then top with chicken, carrots, cucumber, cabbage or lettuce, and green onions.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro.

- Adjust sriracha for desired spiciness.
- Use leftover chicken for a quicker meal.
