  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup mashed bananas (about 3-4 ripe bananas)
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini or regular chocolate chips (dark, milk, or semi-sweet)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, mashed bananas, oil, vanilla, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before slicing.
