- 3.4 oz lemon instant pudding mix
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp lemon zest
For the Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (more as needed)
- Lemon zest (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch pan.
- Mix cake mix, pudding mix, lemon juice, eggs, and zest until smooth.
- Pour into pan and bake 22–25 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Mix glaze ingredients until smooth; drizzle over brownies.
- Garnish with zest if desired.
