Ingredients
- Sweet Potatoes: 2 large (about 2 cups mashed)
 - Granulated Sugar: 1 cup
 - Brown Sugar: 1/2 cup
 - Evaporated Milk: 1/2 cup
 - Unsalted Butter: 1/2 cup (melted)
 - Eggs: 2 large
 - Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
 - Ground Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
 - Ground Nutmeg: 1/2 teaspoon
 - Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
 - Unbaked Pie Crust: 1 (9-inch)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Boil or bake the sweet potatoes until tender, then mash them well.
 - In a bowl, mix the mashed sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, brown sugar, evaporated milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
 - Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.
 - Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
 - Let the pie cool before serving.

Notes
- For extra flavor, roast the sweet potatoes instead of boiling them.
 - Use room-temperature eggs for a smoother filling.
 - Check the pie at 50 minutes—if the crust browns too quickly, cover it with foil.
