Description

A gourmet burger featuring black garlic and truffle gouda cheese with a crunchy red cabbage slaw.


Ingredients

  • 4 oz black garlic, minced
  • 4 oz truffle gouda cheese, sliced
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded

  • 2 tbsp beer mustard

Instructions
