Ingredients

- 4 oz black garlic, minced
- 4 oz truffle gouda cheese, sliced
- 4 burger buns
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded

- 2 tbsp beer mustard

Instructions
- Mix ground beef with minced black garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form into four equal-sized patties.
- Cook patties on a grill or skillet over medium heat until desired doneness.
- Top each patty with sliced truffle gouda cheese and let melt.
- Toast burger buns lightly.
- Combine shredded red cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and beer mustard to make slaw.
- Assemble burgers by placing patties on buns and topping with slaw.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
