Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each, skinless)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix spinach, cream cheese, Parmesan, and minced garlic.
  3. Cut a pocket into each salmon fillet and stuff with the spinach mixture.
  4. Rub fillets with olive oil and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
