Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and vegetable oil.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing.
