Ingredients

  • 1 box (16.3 ounces) brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup (54.5 g) vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water. Mix until smooth.
  3. Spread a layer of brownie batter in a greased baking dish.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough over the brownie layer.
  5. Use a knife to swirl the cookie dough into the brownie batter.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before cutting into squares.
