Description

Buffalo Chicken Dip Egg Rolls are a delicious twist on a classic dip, wrapped in crispy egg rolls.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken (about 2 large chicken breasts)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water (for sealing the egg rolls)
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  2. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with a corner pointing towards you.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture to the center of the wrapper.
  4. Dip your finger in water and moisten the edges of the wrapper.
  5. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly to seal.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  8. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Notes

  • Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
  • Garnish with additional chopped green onions and shredded cheddar cheese, if desired.
