Ingredients
- Shredded Chicken - 2 cups
- Buffalo Sauce - 1/2 cup
- Mozzarella Cheese - 8 oz
- All-Purpose Flour - 1 cup
- Eggs - 2 large
- Panko Breadcrumbs - 2 cups
- Cooking Oil - for frying
- Dipping Sauces - blue cheese or ranch
Instructions
- Preheat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
- Cut mozzarella cheese into sticks.
- Dip each cheese stick in flour, then egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Fry the sticks until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with dipping sauces.
