Description

Buffalo Chicken Mozzarella Sticks are a delicious appetizer combining shredded chicken, spicy buffalo sauce, and gooey mozzarella, all breaded and fried to perfection.


Ingredients

  • Shredded Chicken - 2 cups
  • Buffalo Sauce - 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella Cheese - 8 oz
  • All-Purpose Flour - 1 cup
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Panko Breadcrumbs - 2 cups
  • Cooking Oil - for frying
  • Dipping Sauces - blue cheese or ranch

Instructions

  1. Preheat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F.

  3. Cut mozzarella cheese into sticks.
