Description

Bite-sized sliders packed with spicy buffalo chicken, creamy ranch, and gooey cheese, all baked inside soft, sweet Hawaiian rolls.


Ingredients

For the Buffalo Chicken Filling:

  • 3½ cups shredded chicken
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Pinch of black pepper

For the Cheese Layer:

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (grated)
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

For the Sliders:

  • 12 King’s Hawaiian Rolls
  • 4 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x13” baking dish.
  2. Mix chicken with buffalo sauce, ranch, honey, garlic, and pepper.
  3. Slice rolls horizontally; place bottom half in the dish.
  4. Spread chicken mixture, top with cheeses, then place top half of rolls.
  5. Brush with butter mixed with seasoning and garlic salt.
  6. Cover with foil; bake 15 min. Remove foil; bake 5–7 more min.
  7. Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use less buffalo sauce or more ranch for a milder version.

  • Sub mozzarella with cheddar or pepper jack for variety.

  • Make ahead and freeze unbaked for future meals.

  • Gluten-free and dairy-free adaptations possible with substitutions.
