Description
Bite-sized sliders packed with spicy buffalo chicken, creamy ranch, and gooey cheese, all baked inside soft, sweet Hawaiian rolls.

For the Buffalo Chicken Filling:
- 3½ cups shredded chicken
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- Pinch of black pepper
For the Cheese Layer:
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (grated)
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
For the Sliders:
- 12 King’s Hawaiian Rolls
- 4 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x13” baking dish.
- Mix chicken with buffalo sauce, ranch, honey, garlic, and pepper.
- Slice rolls horizontally; place bottom half in the dish.
- Spread chicken mixture, top with cheeses, then place top half of rolls.
- Brush with butter mixed with seasoning and garlic salt.
- Cover with foil; bake 15 min. Remove foil; bake 5–7 more min.
- Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
