Delicious Butterfinger Caramel Crunch Bars with a graham cracker crust and a sweet caramel layer topped with chocolate and Butterfinger pieces.

- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chopped Butterfinger candy bars
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed pretzels (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix well.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, unsalted butter, brown sugar, light corn syrup, and vanilla extract. Cook over medium heat until boiling, stirring constantly.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from oven.
- Sprinkle chopped Butterfinger bars and chocolate chips over the caramel layer.
- If using, add crushed pretzels on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be served chilled or at room temperature.
