- 1 egg

- ¼ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add egg yolk and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Gradually stir in flour and salt to form a dough.
- In another bowl, combine pecans, brown sugar, corn syrup, egg, vanilla extract, and cinnamon for the filling.
- Roll dough into small balls and press into a greased muffin tin to form cups.
- Spoon pecan filling into each dough cup.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
