- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar.
- Add the vanilla and almond extracts and mix well.
- Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until combined.
- Take small portions of dough and shape them into balls.
- Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Make a small indentation in each ball and fill it with raspberry jam.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
