- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and red bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add the cubed chicken and Cajun seasoning. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, chicken broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta and chicken mixture to the bowl. Stir to combine.
