- 1 pound bowtie pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese until well blended.
- Combine the cooked pasta, beef mixture, and sauce. Stir until evenly coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste for more or less heat.
- Use full-fat cream cheese and heavy cream for the best texture.
- Freshly grated Parmesan melts better than pre-shredded.
