  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add olive oil and warm water, then knead into a smooth dough. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  3. Combine feta, mozzarella, parsley, mint, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Divide dough into small balls, then flatten each into a circle.
  5. Spoon cheese filling into the center of each dough circle and fold edges to form a triangle.
  6. Brush with egg wash (egg beaten with water).
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
