- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- ½ teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Cook until onions soften.
- Stir in ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, and milk. Mix well.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Arrange frozen French fries on top of the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the French fries.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the fries are crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve hot.
