Cheeseburger quesadillas combine the flavors of a classic cheeseburger with the crispy texture of a quesadilla, topped with a tangy burger sauce.

- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon olive oil or butter
- 8 8-inch tortillas
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons pickle relish
- 1-2 teaspoons sweetener or sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground beef or turkey, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, dried minced onions, salt, and pepper. Cook until meat is browned.
- Remove meat from pan and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix mayo, ketchup, pickle relish, sweetener, paprika, onion powder, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper to make the burger sauce.
- Place a tortilla in the pan and layer with cheese, cooked meat, pickles, and burger sauce.
- Top with another tortilla and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat for remaining quesadillas.
- Slice and serve warm.
