- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp butter
- Pinch of kosher salt
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1½ cups marshmallow Fluff
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant cheesecake pudding mix
Instructions
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Crush the graham crackers into small pieces.
- Melt the white chocolate chips and butter together in a double boiler.
- Stir in the salt, vanilla extract, and sweetened condensed milk.
- Fold in the marshmallow Fluff and cheesecake pudding mix until smooth.
- Mix in the crushed graham crackers.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting into squares.
