A delicious and creamy Cajun chicken pasta dish cooked in one skillet.

- 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts cut into bite-sized chunks
- 12 oz Rotini Pasta
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken chunks, season with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet with the chicken. Sauté for a minute.
- Stir in butter, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
- Add mozzarella, parmesan, and cheddar cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Substitute pasta as desired.
- Adjust spice levels to taste.
- For a lighter version, use light cream or coconut cream.
