- 2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves (optional)
- 1/2 cup sour cream (for serving)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into thin strips.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken strips to the pan. Season with paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is fully done, about 6-8 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 20 seconds.
- Divide the cooked chicken evenly among the tortillas.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top of the chicken.
- Add spinach leaves if using.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap.
- Serve with sour cream and garnish with cilantro.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, lightly toast the wraps in a pan after rolling.
- Adjust cheese quantities to taste.
- Spinach can be replaced with lettuce or omitted.
