Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (for serving)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into thin strips.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add chicken strips to the pan. Season with paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is fully done, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 20 seconds.
  5. Divide the cooked chicken evenly among the tortillas.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top of the chicken.
  7. Add spinach leaves if using.
  8. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  9. Serve with sour cream and garnish with cilantro.
