Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, warm water, and egg. Mix until smooth.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until elastic.
  4. Let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  6. Spread softened butter on the dough.
  7. Sprinkle minced garlic, parsley, Parmesan, and mozzarella.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and cut into pieces.
  9. Place pieces in a muffin tin and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
