Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in the cherries. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
- For the cobbler topping, mix the flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in the butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the topping over the muffin batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.

- If using frozen cherries, ensure they are thawed and drained well.
