Scale
  • 1 (16.3 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)
  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Powdered sugar or whipped cream (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.
  3. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
  4. Add a spoonful of cherry pie filling to the center of each circle.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Dip each bomb in melted butter, then roll in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
  7. Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with powdered sugar or whipped cream if desired.
