Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 pound pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
  • 6 kaiser rolls (or more if needed)
  • 1 jar (15 oz) alfredo sauce
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, melted
  • 34 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Season the chicken cubes with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken until fully done.
  4. Warm the alfredo sauce in a saucepan and mix in the cooked chicken.
  5. Cut the tops off the kaiser rolls and hollow them out to create bowls.
  6. Brush the inside of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic and herb seasoning.
  7. Bake the rolls for 5-7 minutes until lightly toasted.
  8. Fill each bread bowl with cooked pasta and top with the chicken alfredo mixture.
  9. Sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese over the top and serve immediately.
