- 3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 pound pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
- 6 kaiser rolls (or more if needed)
- 1 jar (15 oz) alfredo sauce
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, melted
- 3–4 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken cubes with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken until fully done.
- Warm the alfredo sauce in a saucepan and mix in the cooked chicken.
- Cut the tops off the kaiser rolls and hollow them out to create bowls.
- Brush the inside of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic and herb seasoning.
- Bake the rolls for 5-7 minutes until lightly toasted.
- Fill each bread bowl with cooked pasta and top with the chicken alfredo mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese over the top and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use fresh bread for the best texture.
- Adjust garlic seasoning to your taste.
- You can add vegetables like broccoli for extra nutrition.
