A quick and flavorful stir-fry with chicken and green beans, perfect for a weeknight meal.
Ingredients

- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips
- 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken strips and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add green beans and stir-fry for 3 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes, stirring for 30 seconds.
- Return chicken to the pan. Pour in soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
- Toss everything together and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
Notes
- Swap green beans with broccoli or snap peas if preferred.
- Add a splash of water if the pan gets too dry.
- For extra heat, increase red pepper flakes or add sriracha.
