Ingredients

- 32 oz bag frozen tater tots
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 pound cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
- 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons reserved crumbled bacon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and ranch seasoning.
- Layer tater tots in a baking dish.
- Spread the soup mixture over the tater tots.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add chopped chicken and crumbled bacon.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
- Garnish with green onions and reserved bacon.
Notes
- Let the casserole cool for 5 minutes before serving.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
