Description

A hearty and flavorful casserole combining chicken, bacon, and tater tots for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 32 oz bag frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 pound cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons reserved crumbled bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and ranch seasoning.
  3. Layer tater tots in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the soup mixture over the tater tots.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Add chopped chicken and crumbled bacon.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
  8. Garnish with green onions and reserved bacon.
