Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the bottom of a baking dish with the cottage cheese mixture.
- Top with grilled chicken slices.
- Pour marinara sauce over the chicken.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add freshly grated parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
