Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into half-moons
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced (optional)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for stir-frying)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds and green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and stir for 30 seconds.
- Add zucchini and red bell pepper, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Stir to combine.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
- Adjust sauce ingredients based on your taste preference.
- Make it spicy by adding red pepper flakes.
