- 1 package (16 oz) chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1½ cups milk
- Extra whipped topping & chocolate curls (for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a 9x13-inch pan to form the crust.
- Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half the whipped topping and spread over the crust.
- Whisk chocolate pudding mix with milk until thickened. Spread over the peanut butter layer.
- Top with remaining whipped topping and garnish with chocolate curls.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For a thicker crust, add an extra ½ cup cookie crumbs.
- Let the bars set completely before slicing for cleaner cuts.
- Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 5 days.
