Description

Rich chocolate and peanut butter layered bars with a cookie crust, creamy filling, and chocolate pudding topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 oz) chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1½ cups milk
  • Extra whipped topping & chocolate curls (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a 9x13-inch pan to form the crust.
  2. Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half the whipped topping and spread over the crust.
  3. Whisk chocolate pudding mix with milk until thickened. Spread over the peanut butter layer.
  4. Top with remaining whipped topping and garnish with chocolate curls.
  5. Chill for at least 4 hours before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • For a thicker crust, add an extra ½ cup cookie crumbs.
  • Let the bars set completely before slicing for cleaner cuts.
  • Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 5 days.
