A quick and easy no-bake dessert combining crispy Rice Krispies, creamy peanut butter, and melted chocolate.
Ingredients

- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Melt butter and peanut butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and sea salt if using.
- Add mini marshmallows and stir until melted.
- Fold in Rice Krispies cereal until well coated.
- Spoon mixture into muffin cups and press down gently.
- Melt chocolate chips and spread over each cup.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until set.
Notes
- Use smooth peanut butter for best texture.
- Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top for extra flavor.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
