Easy-to-make Christmas cheesecake bars with a sugar cookie crust, creamy filling, and cherry topping.

- 1 (8.5 oz) Sugar Cookie Mix
- 4 tbsp Butter, Cold & Cubed
- 1 (8 oz) Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Egg
- 3/4 can Cherry Pie Filling
- 1/3 cup Almonds, Sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix sugar cookie mix and cold butter until crumbly. Press into a greased baking pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool slightly.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, vanilla, and egg until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over crust.
- Top with cherry pie filling and sliced almonds.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.

- Use room-temperature cream cheese for smoother mixing.
- Let bars cool before slicing for clean edges.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
