Description

Easy-to-make Christmas cheesecake bars with a sugar cookie crust, creamy filling, and cherry topping.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8.5 oz) Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 4 tbsp Butter, Cold & Cubed
  • 1 (8 oz) Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 can Cherry Pie Filling
  • 1/3 cup Almonds, Sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix sugar cookie mix and cold butter until crumbly. Press into a greased baking pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool slightly.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, vanilla, and egg until smooth.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture over crust.
  6. Top with cherry pie filling and sliced almonds.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  8. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

  • Use room-temperature cream cheese for smoother mixing.
  • Let bars cool before slicing for clean edges.
