  • ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream or whipped topping
  • 1 package (3.4 oz / 96g) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 ½ cups (360ml) cold milk
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract (optional)
  • ½ cup crushed Christmas cookies
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • Crushed Christmas cookies, sprinkles, or mini chocolate chips for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the Christmas cookies and mix with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Add heavy cream and mix until combined; spread over the crust.
  6. In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix, cold milk, and almond extract.
  7. Fold in crushed Christmas cookies and pour over the cheesecake layer.
  8. Spread whipped topping over the pudding layer.
  9. Decorate with crushed cookies, sprinkles, or mini chocolate chips.
  10. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
